During the winter days, when it has been snow storm after snow storm. We’re stuck inside on the east coast waiting for the next big comedy series to watch and Netflix has delivered with Will Arnett’s new show called Murderville.
The guest list on Murderville is stacked from Conan O’ Brien to former NFL super star Marshawn Lynch who deserves an Emmy nomination for his guest work here with his chemistry with Will is so solid. Other than Marshawn Lynch, the other standout guest stars are Schitt’s Creeks Annie Murphy and Ken Joeng.
A lot of times when the US tries their hands at a remake of a BBC series it rarely works out. This was a huge risk for everyone involved, where about 90% of the show is improvised it’s rather going to sit well with the audience or it will annoy people. Luckily for me I rather enjoyed the guest cast improvising their roles. Some of course were better than others.
With it only being six episodes you can finish the series quick enough to watch something with it as well, it would be a great way to kick off the weekend when it comes out Thursday on Netflix.
